A company selling retail management software aimed at retail and distribution points wishes to develop its client relation strategy. The company would like to foster customers’ loyalty on the one hand and increase its brand identity amongst prospective customers so as to win new customers.

Online customers’ needs study

In order to implement this project, the route the client wanted to take consisted in revamping a former newsletter, bearing in mind that no specifications had yet been drawn. The online survey towards the company’s current and prospective clients’ database will allow to elaborate highly targeted and relevant specifications, taking into account future readers’ expectations in terms of format, contents, colours, etc, so as to maximise the commercial impact of the new newsletter and its return on investment.
