The Human Resources department of a company endeavours to proceed to evaluating external trainers following each training session.

Satisfaction survey

Designing a satisfaction questionnaire according to specific pre-defined criteria and ask participants to respond systematically at the end of a training day or session will match the HR department’s objectives. This will not only contribute to accelerating response analysis and treatment, but also work towards formalising and making systematic the quality approach within the company.
