Learning about purchasing behaviours and intents

A multilingual translation agency decides to study usage and purchasing behaviours of its current and prospective client base in order to verify a commercial hypothesis with high stakes : do regional companies have significant and reccuring needs in terms of translation and localisation services ?

Attitude and behavioural survey

Based on a couple of separate clients’ and prospective clients’ databases, an online survey is devised. The relevant and sequential questions drafted allowed the agency to understand current and future purchasing behaviours so as to be able to anticipate market needs and expectations. The online survey also encouraged the company to turn its commercial resources and efforts towards more buyoant market segments.
